Just found a new site while visiting modernjewishmom.com. It’s great for those of you planning a simcha and there are a variety of everyday applications too!
November Hot Topic
Many thanks to Rabbi Jesse Olitzky and our Education VP Kim Glasgal for an interesting and engaging Hot Topic about reaching out to interfaith families at the Center and within the Conservative/Masorti movement. The discussion was great and thought provoking.
Today is an exciting time to be a part of the Conservative movement as we collectively examine minhag (tradition and custom) and halakha (Jewsih law) and grow together as a movement, a sisterhood and a synagogue.
PS:Did you know that Center Sisterhood members don’t have to be Jewish?

Over the past year, we’ve had a lot of fun and learned a lot!
